WHO IS GERI GUIDETTI?
Geri Guidetti is a biologist and science writer with advanced
degrees and research in microbiology and plant/yeast molecular
biology. She has taught the biological and biochemical sciences
at Universities across the U.S. for 20 years. She had authored
hundreds
of science and research articles. She is Director of The Ark Institute,
which focuses on research and education in food supply, food seed,
and water issues.
The Ark Institute is a major supplier of untreated, non-genetically
engineered, non-hybrid vegetable garden seeds. The Ark Institute
conducts research on new varieties suitable to greater individual
self-reliance for long-term optimal health and personal food
security.
Geri is the author of the well-known Food Supply Updates, published world wide and translated into several languages. She is currently researching and writing extensively on global water issues as well.
